If you are located in North Carolina, you will pay a tuition rate that is comparable to the tuition rate you would pay on campus, either as a North Carolina resident or an out-of-state student. If you are a distance education student who is not enrolled in on-campus classes, you will not be charged certain fees that apply only to on-campus students.
