Appalachian State University's 100% online Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion degree completion (2+2) program offers courses designed to help students learn how to improve the health of individuals and communities through appropriate planning, implementation, and evaluation of health promotion and disease-prevention programs. Coursework prepares students to (1) positively impact the health and well-being of entire populations and (2) design intervention programs using a combination of health promotion and related organizational, economic, legislative, and environmental support mechanisms.
